How to print a A5 report on a A4 printer?

I'd like to print out a 210x148,5 report (half of an A4 format) with a
printer whose paper size is A4 only.
Hope someone can help.

How do you know it is an A4 printer only?

Not really a A4 only, but in the properties of the printer (Win XP
printer control panel) I don't have an A5 choice. Nothing less than A4.
