How can I stop emails from being deleted from the BT internet webserver
after they have transferred to Windows mail?

There used to be a setting in Outlook which would leave emails on the BT
internet webserver for, say, 30 days... but I can't find this setting in
Windows mail?

For POP3 accounts...
Tools - Accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - Advanced
(at the bottom)

The setting is at the advanced tab on your accounts>properties.

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of
messages on the server.

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account,
click Properties, Advanced, select "Leave a copy of messages on server."
Depending on how much server space your provider allows, you may
want to select one or both of the two associated 'remove' options.

I have no way of knowing what you are replying to. The custom here
is to quote what you are replying to, so there will be some continuity.

Unless you are very tech savvy, I don't recommend using Zone Alarm.
The Built-in Windows Firewall is plenty good enough.
