How to prevent popup window when inserting USB Stick?

When I insert an USB Stick or USB Hard disk, then a pop up window appears

"What do you want Windows to do?"
"View slideshow..."
"Print pictures..."
"Open folders to view files"

With the last option it starts Windows Explorer. I don't want this popup
window and I don't want that the user is able to start Explorer. How can I
stop this annoying popup window??

Any tips would be appreciated.

With a user logged on and a custom shell, I don't have such a problem :)

Hallo Glenn,

thank you very much for this hint. It works perfectly. I used HKLM instead
of HKCU, so the setting should be valid for all users. I set
"NoDriveTypeAutoRun" to 0xFF because I want to prevent this pop up for any
drive including CD-ROM or what ever is connected.

uuuufffzz... now it's done.
I worked all night and half the day on finishing my XPe Image, to accomplish
the deadline. According to Murphy, shortly before the deadline, I realized
that there is a hardware problem on the device...
Well - now all works fine and a few minutes before UPS arrived, we sealed
the package. The first XPe devices are on there way to the customers. Again
thank you for you help.

Hello Nikolai,

I have a custom shell also, but used the Explorer Shell before. Perhaps
there are some components left in my image, which are responsible for that
behaviour? I don't know. I think sometime I have to clean up my image from
components I don't really need. I use Autologon for Administrator and set
"AutoAdminLogon" to "2" (according to another thread here), to prevent
Ctrl-Alt-Del. And it works.
