How to prevent (if not, remove) third-party name from IE's title

Hi,

I asked this question before for how to remove a third-party name (e.g.
ISP's name) from IE's title.

Sorry but I forgot to save the solution so I have to ask again since I have
another upcoming business trip to Paris again.

The problem is when I use the local ISP for Internet connection, they would
automatically add a ISP's name (e.g. Club Internet) on the IE's title.

This title will stay there even after I left the country and no longer using
the named ISP.

So my questions are:

(1) Is there a way to prevent a third-party, such as in this case, to
automatically anything to the IE's title?

(2) If not, how do I remove it afterward?

Many thanks.
