How to power off PDA after closing the Program?

Hi all~
I want to power off PDA after closing 'the Program' automatically. If i close 'the Program', The PDA is powered off automatically. How can i do that? On the contrary, I want to know how to open 'the Program' after powering on PDA automatically.
 
Look at CeRunAppAtEvent. Google should get you code.
