How to pass non-TCP/UDP packets through ICF firewall

Is there a documented/supported mechanism by which ICF can be enabled and then told to pass through non-TCP and non-UDP packets?
 
Thanks for confirming this. Is there some mechanism to officially request more flexibiility in some future upgrade to ICF? Even if it were only a programming interface, it would be useful.
