HOW TO OPEN "MYCOMPUTER" WITH RUN

Im trying to open "mycomputer" with RUN ("START\RUN")

Im making my own webside for my computer but i can´t edit
it so it opens "Mycomputer", unless i make a shortcut and
then it pops up with security issues blablabla...

Simple question: how to open "mycomputer" with run?

Same file runs Windows Explorer and My Computer: explorer.exe
