how to open more than on browser window??

i can't open but one browser window and cannot find where
to change the saetting to use multiple browser windows

unless your using myie or similar you can't open "Tabs" from within IR
which is what I think your trying to do. Go go google.com and search for
myie and then see if you want to download that program
