How to open monthly workbook ( different file name ) automatically

Hi,

I need to open a workbook monthly with different file name. ( File name Eg :
Status_Sep'08 or Status_Oct'08 or Status_Nov'08). May I know how can I open
the respective file I need base on the current month using Macro ??

Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you very much for your time.
