How to open in PowerPoint, not PowerPoint Viewer?

I have PPT 2007, all of a sudden ppt. files are opening in the viewer, not
PowerPoint. How do I switch back to normal PowerPoint?

I did check normal view in the advanced settings area, but things are still
opening in the Viewer.
 
Right click on the .ppt file, select Properties, and select PowerPoint in
the Opens with window
