How to open in outlook not outlook express when e-mailing photos

When in 'my pictures' clicking on 'e-mail this file' opens up a blank e-mail
with photo attached in Outlook Express. I want it to open in Microsoft
Outlook which I use for everything. How can I change it.
I had this problem some months ago and a nice person told me how to change
the default, and it worked ! now I've changed ISP/ modem etc and I'm back to
square one again. I didn't keep the instructions. Are you still out there
...can you please help me again ??

Try Internet Options/Programs tab ........set OL as default

Thanks but already looked there, it's showing 'Microsoft Office Outlook' so
no joy that way.
