How to open a form without show it in TaskBar

Hi. I would like to know if it's possible to open a form in access without
show it in task bar.

I know that it's possible in Visual Basic. Is it possible in Access?

In Access 2003, Tools >> Options >> View tab - uncheck the box for
Windows in Taskbar.
