how to obtain hotfix 328020 now SP4 is available

Hi,

I want to obtain the 328020 hotfix (See KB328020). Now
that SP4 is available I cannot find it. Does anyone know
where to get it?

Hotfixes are never available for general download. You'll have to
phone Microsoft Support to get a download link (or get it by email).
If you ask for the specific hotfix and don't ask other support
questions during the same phone call, it should be free of charge.
