How to "Name-Stamp" a record??

I know the SetValue code for a macro to put a time and
date stamp on records in a table. I need to know what the
code is for putting a NAME stamp on the records -- i.e.,
shows the name of the person/computer (within a network)
that last modified a record. Is there such a thing? If
so, what is it?

There is a module at the MVPS.org website which pulls the
network username.
