How to move around in the "refers to" box?

Insert > Name > Define

You have a small one line box for entering the "refers to".

If the formula is longer than the box, you need to more back and forth
in the box. But the arrow keys add stuff to the box, they are not for
navagation.

So, how does one navagate the box?
