How to move a menu item to the left?!

Adrian

Hi
simple question I hope!!

Using the menu designer I have a file menu and an options menu with sub
items... I have added a Help menu and want it on the right-hand side away
from the other menu items, how do I do this?

Thanks

AFAIK you can add a separator bar. Or do you want it to park itself on the
right hand side of the menu bar? If so just set alignment right.

That's too bad...I kind of liked separating the "wheat" from the "chaf" and
help in most applications is mostly "chaf".

I don't think there is anything inherently right or wrong with right-aligned
Help Menus. It's a matter of consistency.

Well I guess its me but I cannot see any align properties!

and just for clarity I want the File menu to remain on the left, only the
Help menu item to shift.

I'm using VS2003

Thanks

Than why do you not something as place a menuitem between it with some dummy
text. Something as . .

Just as idea

You can do this in VB 2005 OK.

I have been thinking about using VS2005 but can you set it per application
to out an application that either uses 1.1 or dotnet 2 or is the output
alway 2?
