When a new computer is added to AD, it always go to Computers containcer in
the root.

We use a location based OU structure. Is there any method to automatically
generate the computer account on location based OU when a new computer is
introduced.

Precreate the computer account in the desired container before the
computer is joined to the domain. You can do this with AD Users and
Computers, an ADSI script or with the NETDOM command, to name just three
options. With NETDOM you can script the domain join process and create
the computer account in the correct container at the same time.

If by any chance you are using Windows Server 2003 and your domain is WS2k3
level, then you can use redircmp command to redirect computer account
creation. Otherwise see Amilas post.
