How to monitour free resource in XP

N

N Ferrandini

Hello,

I have a problem with windows that seems to be fixed when changing the
third parameter in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\SubSystems

Windows keys and in SharedSection.
I have by default: 1024,3072,512 and when I set the third parameter to
1024, it seems to solve my problem (exception in a service developped
with Delphi that is running on another account).
Is there a way to monitor the free resource in XP and so to be sure
that my issue is correclty fixed ?
Also, I have checked on some other machine and I can found sometimes a
fourth parameters in the registry, so : 1024,3072,512,512. Does anyone
knows what is this last parameter ?

Thanks,
Nicolas

Have a read of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q184802/ - this explains all
the parameters.
