How to Modify the query

I need help in modifying the query by removing the
DISPLAY of the State/Prov field values from the query
results. Please help!!!
 
Open the query in design view and uncheck the "Show" box in the grid.
 
do into design view of that query, and take the check out of "SHOW" for that
particular field.
