How to merge two databases with Access?

Hello,

I've got two databases made with Access. One is an exact copy of the other, but both databases have had different data updates and changes.

How can I merge these two databases too one without overwriting the data in either one with Microsoft Access 2003?

This is for a project im working on and im in a little of a time crisis so any tips will be appreciated.
