how to merge names both to contacts and Access database?

I have a bunch of business cards that have to be added to someone's contacts
in Outlook and added to the Access database. I don't want to type in the info
2 times. Is there a way to do a merge so that I only have to type in the info
one time and can merge it to contacts and database?

yeah get it all into outlook and then right-click link or import to
outlook

I love how you can do this; I took it for granted until I was working
on Lotus Notes on my last contract

outlook can import from access, so just enter them in access
