How to merge letter with address list

I need to merge a list of names and addreses with a leter. How is this done
step by step.

Are you talking about data in a ms-access mdb file?

I have a step by step solution. It will requite you to write a few lines of
code, but you can copy my example, and it should get you up to speed....
