How to Merge Files...?

Dear All

I am able to merge few files together without opening the files... bu
I am not able to merge the files if they have more than on
worksheet...

Is anyone able to teach me how I can merge the corressponding workshee
in each file without opening the files... and manually copy and past
them to merge them...? eg..File A has Sheet1(New) and Sheet2(Old) whil
File B only has Sheet1(New). Hence what I need is to merge New(File A)
New(FileB) and Old(File A) together...?
