How can we 'merge' contacts from one computer to another?

Must we export as Access or Comma Delimited and then import that into the
other computers Contacts or is there a more direct way to do it?

thanks for any help.

Create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. Right-click the Contacts
folder and choose Copy. Select as your destination the new PST. Click OK.
When the copy's done, close the new PST with right-click>Close. Close
Outlook.

Copy the PST to the other PC, placing it on its hard drive and removing the
read-only attribute if it's set. Start Outlook and click File>Open>Outlook
Data File. Browse to the transferred PST , select it, and click OK. Open
the Contacts folder in that PST, select all the entries with CTRL-A,
right-click and choose Copy. Select the main Contacts folder as the
destination. Click OK. All done.
