How to merge attachments in different emails?

My brother sent me a large file splitted by outlook automatically; however, I
don't know how to merge those attachments or mails into a file. Is there
someone who can help me? Thank you very much.
 
You'll need to determine what was used to split the files in the first
place. AFAIK, Outlook hasno such feature but it can be provided by add-ons.
