how to manipulate multiple accounts

I have 2 pop3 email accounts and I am using Outlook 2003.
what I want to do is the following.
I want to be able to send emails from either account and make sure that it
shows from which account I am sending the emails from. is that possible?

Shows where? In your Sent Items, or on the recipient's machine?
