How to make XP Home CD from tclone partition?

My PC has XP Home on the HD using a tclone partition.
The PC supplier has gone out of businss.
If the HD dies I have nothing to rebuild the PC with.

How can I extract the tclone partition with XP home onto a disc so that I
can rebuild the PC if the HD ever dies?

What is a "tclone" partition?
