how to make uninstall process alway show a reboot dialog at the end?

I'm using VS2005 and .net 2.0, my project using Windows Installer
deployment to make setup package.

the question is how can i invoke a dialog let user choose reboot or
not at the end of uninstall process?

Do you really have to reboot? I'd advise you to avoid it if there is no
need. Most people find it quite irritating having to reboot their PCs for
any reason.

If you need it, then, why ask the user? Why don't you just reboot?
