How to make Outlook attach the senders signature to a Template?

I am creating a Template for a standard e-mail but I need it to attach the
signature of the sender at the end. How would this be done or can this be
done? I have tried to do a quick search to locate how this would be done but
currently I do not have the time to do a extensive search I apologize if this
is a stupid question.

By "template," do you mean a custom Outlook form or stationery? Outlook version from the Help | About Microsoft Outlook dialog?

I am refering to an custom form. The version of Outlook varies depending on
who is sending it but primarily 2003.

Only Outlook 2003 SP1 and later can apply the user's signature automatically to a message created from a custom form. For other versions, you'd have to either give each user a copy of the form with instructions on how to run it, type their signature into the message body, and publish it -- or put code behind the form to insert the signature when it runs. The latter is not an easy task, since you'd have to potentially handle at least plain text and HTML format messages.

You don't need to do anything. Outlook 2003 SP1 and later automatically inserts a user's signature in new messages created with custom forms. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/ol2003problems.htm#sp1
