How to make odd fractions look like normal common fractions?

I need fractions like 11/16 and 13/32 to look the same as the 1/2 and 1/4
fractions in MS Word. I do have the feature turned on under tools that allows
fractions, but this doesn't help. I would like all fractions to be smaller
and look alike. Anyone know how I can do this.
