How to make Labels report, each label with unique linked image?

Note:I know how to make a form with different linked picture for each record
 
Do you have a table in your report's Record Source that identifies the
location of the image? If so, you can set the Picture property of an image
control in the On Print event of the section of the report containing the
image control.
