I'm not in the position to tell you what to da but: get rid of that software. It caused me only problems and a lot of time while not also not finding the files or messages I wanted. There are other search tools for Outlook, like Lookout, Xobni or else. My favourite would be Lookeen (
www.lookeen.net). Easy to use, great Outlook integration and fast search results. And it can even be used as a desktop search to find fils on your system.
Consider this as a suggestion only, but it may help you saving some time...
