I'm not in the position to tell you what to da but: get rid of that software. It caused me only problems and a lot of time while not also not finding the files or messages I wanted. There are other search tools for Outlook, like Lookout, Xobni or else. My favourite would be Lookeen (www.lookeen.net). Easy to use, great Outlook integration and fast search results. And it can even be used as a desktop search to find fils on your system.

Consider this as a suggestion only, but it may help you saving some time...

I also agree with Frank. Get rid of it and do not install it unless you are looking
for issues

Do NOT change the Subject header in your replies. It breaks the threading
in some news clients.

How is this an Outlook problem?
