hello:
I have a file I'm trying to get open only to a small sized window
(which is it's restore size). However, when Excel has another file
open at maximium size, my file also opens at maximium size.
Also, I'd like to make it so the window cannot be resized and you
cannot scroll anywhere else on the file except for what you see. I've
removed the scroll bars and row & column labels through Tools/Options.
Is there a way to remove the title bar too? I only want the outline
window and that's it.
I tried to use the Protection...Workbook... commands, but when I
select protect Window I cannot close the file.
