How to make default toolbars come back vb.net2005

Is there a way I can make vb.net 2005 go back to its default settings
for it to show me the default toolbars and explorers and all that?
 
HI Ron
Just choose tools - options - Import and export settings. On the dialog that
comes up there is an option to reset all settings.
