How to make an imported calendar's items appear in my to-do bar?

I am using Outlook2007 and would like an imported calendar's items (iCal) to
appear in my to-do bar and tasks, if possible. All of the appointments are
recurring, yearly. I can't seem to get them to appear at all unless I remake
them. Is there some method I can use to make all of the calendar's items
appear in my to do bar? Also, is there a way there a way to customize what
the To-Dar displays, specifically, the amount of items it displays and the
date surrounding the items (one day ahead, one week ahead, etc.)
