How to make an add-in that can be used in the VS2005 Dev UI?

Can' seem to find any info on the subject, a push in the rigt direction
would be aaapreciated, I want to make a tool that I can use when making
Winform apps to access and modify some control properties on a form. Ifind
the standard way of modifying properties ver cumbersome especially in
localized apps.
