how to make a figure with log X-axis (MS Excel)

I do concentration-response experiments, but I am not able to use the MS
Excel to make the X axis in log scale. Please help. Thanks.

Use an XY (Scatter) chart type, not a Line chart type.

Then Format the x-axis Scale to be Log.
