How to make a additional drive NON shared or private?

I've added another spare drive (F... its already formated NTFS and I can
copy files to it no problem it seams...but I don't know how to make this
drive (non shared)...as I am the administrator and anything under my user
name in my (C drive can be deemed a private folder, but when I add a
folder in this drive (f: and under properties, sharing the box IS NOT
highlighted...

Marc,

You're probably referring to local NTFS permissions. To prevent other users
from accessing the folder/file, assign the permissions accordingly.

ok so I went into safe mode and checked the boxes across "deny" under USERs
category...and now I can't access this field myself as the
administrator???...

help...what am I doing wrong...thanks

Add your useraccount to the list, and give them full control.
