How to make a Activex Control look Transparent

Hi,
How can I make the ActiveX Control look Tranaparent when I insert it on
the PowerPoint Slide.I am using Office 2000.When Transparent ActiveX Control
are inserted on Slide it looses it's transparency.
Can anybody help me.
