How to Loop TreeView ???

Hi, all

i want to know how to loop treeview.
i want to loop all of the Root Node and All of the Child Node in treeview.
and how to use Treeview.SelectedNode {get;set}???
how get is work??
how set is work??

please help me with sample code...
