how to login as administrator if no password was entered during setup?

how to login as administrator if no password was entered during setup?
when i try to login as administrator using a blank password, the
message shown was: "unable to log you on because of an account
restriction"

i'm using a licensed windows xp home edition.

please reply very soon. thanks!
 
You can only log into the buit in Administrator account in Safe Mode in XP
Home.
