How to List Updated Files for a Certain Period

Hi,

Lets say I run a program and wish to report alll the files that are
updated by this process, how migth I do this? Is there any freeware
tools that migth help me in this process?

"search" feature and look
for files modified on the
date you updated them....

Do a search for all files modified in the last day (or the particular
day you ran the program). Sort by Modified column, look for the time
the program ran.
