how to link to dynamic stock exchange

Hi all,

Does any of you know a website where stock exchanges are realtime updated in
a table where you could link to in an Excel workbook?

I looks that most websites use java to populate the tables with exchanges
rates.

Would i need a specific java addin or plugin to be able to refer to these
values?

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Microsoft has a free download called MSNStockQuote, why don't you use that?

How to use it and where to down load it are all discussed here:

It also tells you the advantage of using it rather than a Web query.

The reason iI didn't use MSNStockQuote is that I wasn't arare of its
existence.
