How to Link Table with Outlook Express 6

I want to link my outlook Express 6 Address Book (WAB) with my Access
Database Table. So that where ever update (either in outlook or in MDB) the
data will updated and can be viewed from both.

I have Outlook Express 6 and Ms office 2000 and Windows 98 installed.

Please advise.
