How to link picture into Report

Hi,

I have a Table that has filename for .jpg's and would like to know how to
embed a linked picture into a MSAccess Report. Have tried several things
with no luck. Can someone help?
 
It's working now, disregard that portion, but now need to know how to make a
multi-column version of report. Any thoughts?
