How to limit the concurrent login of AD users

I have a Win2k AD and over 100 of XP workstations. All
users belong to the same AD and they will log into those
XP workstation.

How can I restrict the concurrent login of these AD users?
 
Using cconnect tool from Windows 2000 Server resource kit.
