How to label the verticle axis on a PwrPt 2000 chart?

I have no experience in PwrPt. I need to make a chart to illustrate
,%Population on verticle axis, and ethnic race along bottom, e.g.,White,
Asian, Hispanic,etc. I do not know how to set the vertical axis "%" values up
the left side of the chart. I will be using columns to represent each race.
 
Double-click the axis, go to the Numbers tab, and select Percentage in the
list.

You may have to adjust your data and format it as percentages as well.
