If you are asking how to create a non-breaking space in Microsoft Word, so
that it does not line-wrap one without the other, delete the space between
the 2 words, and use Ctrl+Shift+Space.
But you asked in a group about Microsoft Access (the database). I doubt that
any current version of Access will support this, unless you use a special
rich-text control. I haven't checked the specifics, but you could try this
one: http://www.lebans.com/richtext.htm
