how to install software patches from windowsupdate for sasser worm

i need to know how to install software patches by
visiting windowsupdate for the for thr sasser worm
 
Go to menu path "Start -> Run", type in%SystemRoot%
\system32\wupdmgr.exe. This will take you to the
Microsoft Update page. Follow diretions to scan your
computer. If you don't have a virus software, get one. In
the meantime, use

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

You can run a free internet virus scan. You must download
the definitions file. If you look around, there is a
program to run that will remove Sasser if you have it.
