How to install Project 2003 Std for a single user

My Term Srv 2000 machine is used by about 12-15 employees. I want to install
Project 2003 Std and have it available for only one of the users. Besides
removing the reference to Project Std 2003 from the Program menu of all
except the one user how do I do this?

The simplest way to achieve this is to use NTFS permissions on the
folder where you installed the application.
